· Implementing preventive & ongoing maintenance programs and procedures to ensure the maintenance and smooth operation of assigned from our portfolio properties · Bid, negotiate, & manage conformity with vendor contracts in accordance with contract & property requirements and report to senior Property Manager · Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies & Procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives · Track, organize, & maintain budgetary files & financial information
