Lease Renewal Position

· Work with the Director of Leasing, President & others in the development of strategic leasing plans. · Prepare, negotiate & finalize lease proposals, amendments & renewals for each property, to maximize revenue. Candidate must understand proformas & be comfortable with numbers. · Help organizing renewals for the portfolio for all leases & license agreements.
