· Supporting other members of the legal team in a variety of legal matters, including disputes with tenants & vendors, slip-and-fall claims, violations and code enforcement matters, easements, etc. · Advise on legal aspects of the company's financing, including assessing & advising on current & future business structures and legal entities · Juris Doctorate with NYS bar admission. Multi-state bar admission preferred. · At least 2 years as a practicing attorney in related fields, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a law firm or business environment.
