Oversaw all operations for following departments: Sales, Order fulfillment, Import and Distribution, IT. Managed all aspects of the supply-chain for the USA and UK offices. Researched and implemented a global ERP system for all divisions. Developed an import and distribution protocol / procedure to effectively service over 3000 retail stores nationwide.
